To ensure your safety and the safety of our staff during the COVID-19 pandemic we have put the following procedures into place; Clients are required to wear a mask during treatment (when possible). If you do not have a mask an unused disposable mask will be provided at check-in. Designated bins are placed at each treatment station including massage and facial treatment rooms for personal belongings and clothes while getting a treatment. We are using medical grade wipes before and after each client to disinfect surfaces and seating areas. Changing rooms and showers are closed to avoid cross-contamination. If you arrive before your appointment time please wait in your car until the appointed time to avoid cross-contamination with other clients. Appointments will be limited, in order to respect the time of our staff if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, you must provide a minimum of 24-hours' notice to avoid being charged a $25 fee. Due to the guidelines set by the government to implement mandatory precautionary measures. There will be a $3 fee that will cover client PPE and disinfection.
