Victoria Edward Spa is a day spa and medical spa under one roof at 242 W State Road 434 in Longwood. For a wedding, that matters more than it sounds: your hair, makeup, nails, skin and injectables can all be planned by one team, on one timeline, instead of four appointments across four businesses that never talk to each other.

We work with brides, grooms, bridesmaids, groomsmen, mothers of the bride and groom, and the friends and family who want to look rested in the photos. Some couples book a single trial appointment. Some book the whole wedding party for a morning. Both start the same way, with a consultation where we build the plan around your date.

Because we’re a licensed medical spa, that plan can include treatments a salon can’t offer: Botox, Daxxify, Jeuveau, dermal filler, microneedling, chemical peels and HydraFacial, all timed so nothing is healing on your wedding day.

A Wedding Prep Timeline That Protects Your Photos

Most wedding skin and hair problems come from good treatments booked at the wrong time. This is the order we recommend. Your consultation adjusts it to your skin and your date.

6 to 8 weeks before

Consultation and trial. We map hair and makeup, look at your skin, and decide which treatments belong on the calendar. If you’re considering Botox, Daxxify, Jeuveau or filler for the first time, this is when to try it, so there’s time to adjust.

3 to 4 weeks before

Injectables and filler. Neurotoxins take about two weeks to settle, and filler needs time for any swelling to resolve. Booking here means you’re seeing the finished result well before the day, not guessing on it.

2 weeks before

Microneedling or a chemical peel, if they’re part of your plan. Both work by making the skin rebuild itself, and that process needs a clear runway. We won’t book either inside the final two weeks.

2 to 3 days before

HydraFacial or a signature facial for glow with no downtime. Nails. The groom’s cut and grooming. Anything that should look freshly done in the photos goes here.

The day

Hair and makeup for the bride and party, in the spa or on location depending on your plan. No new products, no first-time treatments, nothing experimental. The day is for finishing, not fixing.

Group Spa Days: Bachelorette, Birthday & Corporate

Not every group is a wedding party. We host bachelorette mornings, birthday groups, mother-daughter afternoons and small corporate wellness days. Groups can mix and match: two people in couples massage while three get facials and the rest are in the salon, then everyone regroups.

Two packages from our current collection work well as a starting point for pairs: the Couples Luxe Escape at $345 (a 60-minute couples massage with hot stones, back scrub, rose petal finish and a couples express facial) and the Birthday Bliss Package at $245 (a 60-minute relaxation massage, our Signature Facial and a peppermint scalp massage). Larger groups are built to order in a consultation, because room availability, timing and the services people actually want vary too much for a one-size menu.

We’re open Tuesday through Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM. Groups of four or more should book two to three weeks ahead so we can hold rooms and stylists together.

Wedding & Group Spa FAQ

How far in advance should a bride book?

Six to eight weeks out for the consultation and trial, which leaves room for injectables at three to four weeks and skin treatments at two weeks. If your date is closer than that, call us anyway. We’ll tell you honestly what still fits.

Do you offer hair and makeup trials?

Yes. A trial is the appointment where we settle the look, test how it holds up over hours, and photograph it so the day-of stylist recreates it exactly.

Can you do hair and makeup on location?

On-location bridal hair and makeup is arranged case by case based on the venue, party size and timing. Ask during your consultation and we’ll confirm what’s possible for your date.

Is it safe to get Botox or filler before a wedding?

Timing is the whole question. Booked three to four weeks out with a licensed provider, both are routine and settled well before the day. Booked the week of, you risk bruising or swelling in photos. Our provider will tell you in the consultation if the timeline doesn’t work.

Can the groom and groomsmen book too?

Yes. Men’s haircuts, grooming, facials and massage are all on the menu, and grooms often book skin treatments on the same timeline as the bride.
