What actually happens on a first visit

Two safe starting points, and both are $99 on a first visit.
A 60-minute Relaxation Massage, $99 for first-time guests (regular $120). Soothing strokes and essential oils to stimulate circulation and settle the nervous system. Zero learning curve, nothing to recover from, and you will know within ten minutes whether you want to come back. There is also a Massage for Two if you would rather not come alone.
A VES Signature Facial, 60 minutes, $99 for first-time guests (regular $129). Customized for every client, which is the point: the therapist reads your skin and adjusts rather than running a fixed protocol. This is the better choice if you have a specific concern such as congestion, dullness or dryness.
If you already know you want something clinical, book the consultation first and the treatment second. It costs nothing and it avoids paying for the wrong thing.
Afterwards
After a massage, drink water and do not schedule anything strenuous for the rest of the day if you can avoid it. After any facial, peel or microneedling, skin is temporarily more sun-sensitive, so daily SPF stops mattering in theory and starts mattering in practice. In Florida that is the difference between a result that holds and one that does not.
You will leave with specific aftercare for whatever you had, rather than a generic leaflet.
