The number of units depends on the area being treated and on how strong your muscles are, so the total is confirmed at your appointment after your provider examines your face; forehead lines, frown lines between the brows, and crow’s feet are the most common areas.
Wrinkle relaxers typically begin working within several days and results generally last a few months, after which treatment can be repeated. We never pressure you into more units than you need, and a complimentary consultation is the best way to get an exact quote for your goals. Morpheus8 RF microneedling is $699 per session at our Longwood med spa, regularly $1,000. Morpheus8 combines microneedling with radiofrequency energy delivered beneath the skin’s surface to tighten lax skin and improve texture on the face, neck, and body. Most clients see the best results with a short series of sessions spaced several weeks apart, which we plan together at your consultation based on your skin and goals. Expect mild redness and swelling for one to three days; most people return to normal activities quickly.
Tightening builds gradually as collagen rebuilds over the following months, so the full result is judged a few months after the final session rather than the next day. Chemical peels range from $115 to $175 depending on the peel strength, microneedling is $250 per session, and PRP microneedling is $375. Our licensed estheticians match the peel to your skin to improve dullness, uneven tone, clogged pores, acne, and fine lines; lighter peels leave skin glowing with little visible peeling, while stronger peels bring a few days of light flaking as fresh skin surfaces. Microneedling creates tiny controlled channels that stimulate collagen and smooths texture and acne scars, and adding your own platelet-rich plasma (PRP) to the treatment supports the skin’s recovery.

The program begins with a consultation and health review to confirm the treatment is appropriate for you, then pairs your weekly injections with personalized support and regular check-ins so progress is steady and sustainable rather than a crash diet. GLP-1 medications work by helping you feel full sooner and by supporting healthier blood-sugar patterns, which makes it easier to eat less without feeling deprived; results depend on consistency, nutrition, and activity, and individual results vary.
The program is not suitable for everyone, so please share your full health history at the consultation.
